Welcome to another week of the weight loss challenge Over the pass 6 weeks we have learned what to eat, portion control and the type of workout to do. I was thinking of posting a new workout but on a second thought, I believe everyone following this challenge should try being creative this week.
Creativity in your workout and meal, try out healthy foods that normally you wont eat or workouts you think are difficult for you. This week is about believing in yourself and knowing that impossible is nothing. Even when our support system fail us, we have to keep going. Remember why you are doing this, keep moving and never quit.
