Make Sure You're Ready For Change

Your weight-loss success depends on your readiness to take on the challenge. If you jump in before you're ready, you’ll fail/give up before your next step. Know what changes you need to make, answer these questions to know if you’re ready.

Plan For Progress

If you want to set yourself up for success, you need to set a SMART goal. What are SMART goals?

SPECIFIC- How much weight do you want to lose? How will you lose this weight?

MEASURABLE- How much weight do you want to lose? 5/20kg? and how long?

ATTAINABLE- Are your goals achievable? lose 20kg in 4 weeks? or 20kg in 6 months?

RELEVANT - how relevant are your goals? why do you want to lose weight?

TIME-BOUND- Set a weight loss target. Lose 0.5 to 1kg weekly

Write down your goal, don't type. write them down and stick to where you'll always see them.

These 12 weeks taught me how disciplined I could be.
