BEANS STIR FRY
Easy way to enjoy beans and vegetable. You can use chicken in place of fish, add more vegetables and seasoning.
Ingredients
- 1/2 can Black beans
- 2 Fish Fillet grilled (cut in cubes)
- 1 head Broccoli washed and chopped
- 1 Stock cube
- Pinch Pepper
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 cup Roasted sunflower seed optional
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Servings: people
Instructions
- In a pan over a low heat, add oil, allow to heat then add beans. Allow to cook for 2 minutes
- Add fish, pepper, salt, stock cube and allow to cook for more 2 minutes.
- Pour in vegetables, stir until the vegetable is heated up (like 2 minutes). Bring it down
- Garnish with sunflower seeds
