Ingredients

cups
oatmeal
Put in blender, and blend into flour
1/2
tsp
baking powder
2
egg whites
beaten
1/4
tsp
salt

cup
skimmed milk
mix 3 tbsp dry skimmed milk in 1 cup of water. you can also use nut milk such as almond milk
1/2
tsp
vanilla

drop
stevia (liquid)
optional

sugar/honey
optional

tsp
nut meg
or cinnamon
coconut oil
spray oil
Instructions
Put oats in a blender or food processor and blend until ground to a flour consistency.
Combine oat flour, salt, baking powder and nut meg in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
Combine egg, milk, stevia drops and vanilla in a small bowl and mix well.
Mix liquid mixture into dry mixture; mix until just moist. Allow to rest 5 minutes.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
Spray oil on the pan
When hot, pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on surface of pancake. Turn over and cook until lightly browned.
