  1. In a large bowl, combine the orange juice, salt, zest, some black pepper, onions add fish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Place (save the marinated juice for rice) the fillets in a pan or foil (add the remaining black pepper), make sure it’s covered.
  3. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until fish is soft. Note: I baked mine with some of the marinated juice.
  4. Will use the left over marinated juice for citrus white rice.
