My salad loving seasons are pretty seasonal, but I’m trying to eat more vegetables while staying healthy with slimmer waistline. There are few salad recipes I love because eating vegetables isn’t really that fun except when I’m drinking my green smoothies. I have tried eating a salad daily but was less committed to it. I’m trying to make eating one salad a day a habit because of the health benefits. Hopefully, I’ll come up with sweet and savoury salad recipes instead of bland vegetables.

SALAD
  1. Chop vegetables for salad and toss in a bowl
  2. Add pumpkin seeds, toss salad and set aside
SALAD DRESSING
  1. Add everything and stir until smooth. Chill or use immediately
