  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. mix and knead with floured hands to form a smooth dough.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the flours, baking powder and salt. Add the yogurt, honey, milk and stir with a wooden spoon.
  4. Work quickly and handle the dough minimally and lightly, to achieve light, fluffy biscuits. Overworked dough produces heavy, dense biscuits that don’t rise properly.
  5. Quickly roll the dough out, using a floured rolling pin on a floured surface, to 1-inch thick. using a biscuit or cookie cutter or a floured drinking glass. To achieve nicely shaped biscuits.
  6. Place the biscuits 1-inch apart on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the biscuit with 2 tsp of milk.
  7. Bake 12 minutes, until puffed
