Complete Detox Meal Plan

Here is a complete plan of the detox which should be followed for the next two weeks. After day 7, we start all over from day 1.
Day 1
Breakfast: green tea (drink as you like, no milk) with half cucumber
Lunch: cabbage and tomato salad (use lemon or lime for dressing) with 2 boiled eggs (egg both yolks)
Dinner: a sizeable or 200g of grilled or boiled fish with cabbage/tomato salad.

Day 2
Breakfast: green tea (as much as you want) 1/2 cucumber 1 carrot
Lunch: 200g chicken (skinless) cabbage and tomato salad
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, a bowl of cabbage and tomato salad

Day 3
Breakfast: green tea and 1 tomato
Lunch: 200g fish with cucumber,carrot and tomato salad
Dinner: 2 apples

Day 4
Breakfast: green tea and 1 cucumber
Lunch: 200g chicken with cabbage and carrot salad
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with 5 fresh tomatoes

Day 5
Breakfast: 1/3 cup oatmeal or 3 tbsp oatmeal (drink alone, no milk, nothing)
Lunch: 300g fish with cabbage and cucumber salad
Dinner: 4 tomatoes with 200g fish

Day 6
Breakfast: green tea
Lunch: 300g chicken, carrot, cabbage and cucumber salad
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with same salad as lunch

Day 7
Breakfast: green tea
Lunch: 200g sweet potatoes, 200g fish, cabbage and tomato salad
Dinner: 3 cups water melon

Drink nothing less than 4 litres a day
30 mins exercise daily 5 days a week
Eat nothing but what’s on the food time table. Salad portion is a bowl
-this is for the 2 weeks detox
