Last week was busy and I was down with flu, I struggled with everything. I didn’t get much high intensity workout but I managed to get in some low impact cardio such as brisk walking.

- Body fat percentage: 21.5%
- Body water percentage: 58.8%
Now, this week’s verdict:
- Weight: 66.4kg
- Body fat percentage: 20.8%
- Body water percentage: 59.1%
Wasn’t really expecting to see any change this week but I feel leaner, even some friends noticed the leanness. I’m having internet challenges uploading some workout videos, so please bear with me.
