Third week and its been all amazing, remember in my last POST I said I’ll be trying out something new and guess what (O-O), my experiment worked.
Last week I watched my meal closely and tried something different. I had normal breakfast of smoothie with 1 scoop (27.5g ) of The DIET FUEL ULTRALEAN SHAKE. Snacks was apples with peanut/almond nut, lunch was normal (2 portion vegetables, 1 portion protein and 1 portion carbohydrates), another snack of an apple and dinner was vegetables with 1 scoop diet fuel ultra lean shake with CLA & RASPBERRY KETONE. The result was better than both first and second week. Tried it and it worked like I thought, Remember healthy portion with exercise is the only way to lose fat.
If your plan is to lose weight by starving then I’m not out for that. That is unhealthy and will cause more harm than the quick weight loss you might experience. I exercise, eat healthy and stay positive. Motivation is not your problem, consistency is.

- Body fat percentage: 20.8%
- Body water percentage: 59.1%
- Weight: 65kg
- Body fat percentage: 19%
- Body water percentage: 59.9%
I pray my weight remains at 65kg while losing fat, I don’t want to drop any more kg (just the fat).
