If you follow me on twitter, you’ll know I’m particularly crazy about avocado. Why? Avocado is packed with amazing benefits that cannot be neglected.
But avocados are not always in season and I intend to eat avocado weekly this year, well daily hahaha…
So how do I intend to achieve this? Freezing, yes! you heard me. One problem with avocado is that, it’s hard today and mushy in the next 10 minutes 😟. .
So I don’t want to hear that I can’t find avocado 🥑. I’m freezing as much as I can for smoothies 😋😋😋😋😋. .
HOW TO FREEZE AVOCADO
1) cut in halves, soak in apple cider vinegar or lemon juice then bag in zip locker and freeze. .
2) Puree it in food processor along with lemon juice or vinegar. Then scoop in plastic containers and freeze. .
I’m not done, I’m still freezing more 🤣🤣🤣🤣
