Once we’ve learned more about your specific meal goals, we go ahead to set a unique custom sample menu based on your meal choices, for you to review based on consultation. Meals are created for (weekly or monthly) in one service date based on your needs, meals will than be arranged into plastic containers and a note of items used.

Delivery and Pick-up

We use a third party delivery service.

Meals are delivered daily

Delivery services starts from N500 depending on your location.

PICK-UP: If you’re picking up, it must be done before 6pm same day or meal will be disposed. This means, we will not be replacing that meal.

TRAVEL: If you won’t be around, you must inform us at least 2 days before time. If meals are sent out and you are not around to pick it, then it counts as a day as that meal will be disposed.

BEST RESULT: For best result do stick to the plan and also incorporate exercise to you plan, unless you’re advised by your doctor not to workout.
