Apple Butter or Apple Jam
Ingredients
- 3 apple chopped (peeled or unpeeled)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey/agave or 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple juice or cider
Servings:
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat.
- Cook for 15 minutes, covered or until apples are soft and tender.
- Smash apples with a potato masher or back of a spoon. Blend until smooth
- Cool and serve.
