Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and line the muffin pan with cupcake lines.
  2. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together and set aside.
  3. Mash the avocado very well and set aside.
  4. Mix the honey and egg together until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes. Drizzle in the oil and beat until well combined. Add the avocado mash. Stir in dry ingredients to wet and milk.
  5. Divide the batter between the cupcake cups.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Use a tooth pick to check when its done ..enjoy
