  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Grease a cupcake paper to avoid it from sticking
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour,salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, eggs, bananas, vanilla and almond milk and whisk until the mixture is nice and smooth.
  5. Mix dry and wet until everything is combined but don't over mix.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes and then reduce the heat to 350 degrees and cook for another 15-25 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving
