Instructions
  1. In a pan over a low heat, add oil, allow to heat then add beans. Allow to cook for 2 minutes
  2. Add fish, pepper, salt, stock cube and allow to cook for more 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in vegetables, stir until the vegetable is heated up (like 2 minutes). Bring it down
  4. Garnish with sunflower seeds
