  1. Put the meat in a pot add water, garlic, ginger, salt, chili, little onions, stock cube and any other spice of your choice (I added them with the meat because I want the spices to get through the meat, giving it wonderful taste)
  2. Allow the meat to cook until very tender with no stock left in the pot then add green and red pepper (sliced) stir and allow to simmer in low heat for 2 mins then add the remaining onions, allow for 2 more mins and serve.
  3. Serve with rice, wrap, pita bread or anything you want.
