Chop the fresh tomatoes (it doesn't matter the size), pour in a sauce pan, including the onions.
Place fish on the tomatoes and add all spices (make sure to chop or crush garlic/ginger), including the chilli and stock cube. (Just add everything on the fish).
Cook under medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
NOTE: it should be watery because it is soup
Serve with rice, yam, potatoes, barley, Bulgar, buckwheat, plantain, beans, lentils etc. This soup combined with exercise does wonders on the waist line, remember abs are made in the kitchen...........
