Call me avocado-holic, that’s how much I love avocado. I have best guacamole recipe here, great for chips, crackers or spread. The best guacamole starts with the freshest ingredients. Look for avocados that are ripe, but firm.

Ingredients
- 2 whole Ripe Avocado
- 1/4 cup onions finely chopped
- 1 whole fresh tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 whole hot red or green chilli or crush red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

- Slice the avocados, removed the pit and skin. Mash the avocado with a fork to be a bit smoothie
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
- Enjoy with crackers, chips or toast
