Instructions
  1. Preheated oven on 190 C
  2. Season meat with thyme, onions, nut meg, pepper
  3. Divide mince meat into 4 equal portions.
  4. On a lightly sprinkle flaxseed on egg or roll eggs in flaxseed, pat out each portion of meat to about (1/8 in) thickness.
  5. Wrap portions completely around each of the hard boiled eggs, pressing edges together to seal.
  6. Dip mince-coated eggs in beaten egg, then roll in flaxseed
  7. Place on baking tray and bake until lightly browned, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Recipe Notes

Tip: don't over cover the egg with too much meat so it can cook well while baking
