Homemade Bread Crumbs
Ingredients
- 500g bread a day old bread
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 2 tbsp curry
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- pinch salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300° F (150° C).
- Cut the day old bread into cubes, and put in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, when its totally dry, bring it out and allow to cool.
- Then put in a food processor or blend and blend till its completely fine in texture.
- Spread the crumbs on a tray, stirring halfway through the time. Allow the crumbs to rest or until dry. or spread on a baking sheet and pop in the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Once its all dried, add the spices and mix well. Make sure the seasoned bread crumbs are dry and cool before storing in an airtight container.
