I love pancakes, and since I’m on a healthy lifestyle journey I’m trying out new things. I’ve decided to use oatmeal as a base for my pancake. This is wonderful for those trying to make healthier food choices.
Oat meal is good source carbohydrate, filling and high in fibre. I got this pancake recipe online (can’t remember which site). This recipe is mind blowing. These pancakes are made with grounded oatmeal. No wheat flour, no white flour. Served with organic maple syrup.
