Simple Hummus Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas -rinsed 15-ounce or 425g
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin ground
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika or black pepper

Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, puree the chickpeas and garlic with the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and ¾ teaspoon salt until smooth and creamy. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water as necessary to achieve the desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl.sprinkle with the paprika/black pepper before serving.
